Approvedline Skateboards

Ever since I’ve been trying my first skateboard in the 80's, I've always been interested in this culture.

The graphics of hundreds of boards, t-shirts and stickers, photos, magazines and films from this world have remained engraved in my memory and have undoubtedly influenced my work as an illustrator.

If I left my last skateboard in the garage a few years ago, I still keep an eye on what happens in this culture which has always remained innovative.

Approvedline Skateboards, a Swiss company active in the field for more than 15 years, gives every year carte blanche to an artist to illustrate a deck. In 2019, I was able to realize an old dream: to illustrate not one, but 3 skateboards.
